Brian Carchedi: President and Founder of Richmond Corporate Service Group

Brian Carchedi is the founder and president of RCSG. He launched the company after spending decades as a distinguished paralegal and support staffer in the New York legal community.

The focus in his career as a paralegal has always been business. His work has focused on real estate contracts, financial transactions and business establishments.

Brian has always been an entrepreneurial spirit who dreamed of leading his own organization. He never wanted to transition to a career as a lawyer but identified that an opportunity existed for paralegal services for both individuals seeking to establish businesses and lawyers who needed high-level support work on a contract basis. It was this vision that led to the founding of RCSG

The experiences Brian had working as a paralegal focusing on business deals demonstrated to him the concept of being “business forward.” As he was forming the business plan for the Richmond Corporate Service Group, this had to be a signpost to guide his efforts in a direction that would lead to success.

“I felt that many people who were launching businesses weren’t really that business savvy. Entrepreneurs often lose sight of the little details because they are passionate about an idea, especially one where they have a deep connection. For instance, someone starting a technology business – whether it’s a cellphone store or a consulting company – is going to be great at all things related to technology. But there can be a weakness when it comes to all the details that go into establishing a business. They are enthusiastic, so I wanted to have an agency that respected their enthusiasm and helped them to move from concept to reality as quickly as possible.”

This meant building several pillars in his business: registered agent, paralegal, bookkeeping, and regulatory compliance being the first building blocks laid down. RCSG could support business owners in ways that are often their weakest areas.

Brian also knows that there are some areas where he cannot operate, for instance, as an unlicensed lawyer or accountant. With his many years as a business paralegal, Brian has developed an unparalleled network of professionals in areas like law and accounting to connect clients. Once those stars are aligned, he can get to work cutting through the red tape as quickly as possible.

RCSG is based in Staten Island, New York, but it has a much broader footprint. The company also operates in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Florida. This makes RCSG ideal if you have a business that needs to be established in more than one state.

“When I thought about how to best serve customers in the New York region, it became clear quickly that being able to have offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania were often the next step, and to set up a Delaware corporation was desirable. Also, many people in the New York metropolitan area may have a business in New York, live in New Jersey, and have a second home in either Pennsylvania or Florida. Having this sort of footprint really helps our clients.”

Given Brian’s background, it isn’t only setting up an LLC, S-Corp, partnership or any other type of organization that RCSG offers, but also serving as a registered agent, compliance consultant, notary services or providing robust paralegal support, particularly in the areas of lien searches, survey abstracts, construction loans, mezzanine financing, liquor license and zoning applications.

Brian is available to meet at his office in Staten Island, via phone or Zoom. You can call him today at 718-336-7274 [or 718-336-RCSG] or fill out the form linked here to connect with Brian and schedule a meeting. We are confident you will be very impressed with all RCSG offers.
